HUNNY started life as a solo effort from front man and lead guitarist Jason Yarger; the addition of long-term collaborators and new band members has brought the band-member count up to a less solitary six. Between them, the six have fused a love of post-punk and Prince on Parking Lot to make a solid, ringing combination of the two. Funkier than your average bass and sweet stylistic shifts make this one easy to recommend.
