Rituals are a five-piece band from the Midlands who draw on the sounds and philosophies of their post-punk heroes Echo & The Bunnymen, The Cure, The Sound and Joy Division to create their own take on industrial indie and synthetic pop.

On this, their eponymous anthem and live favourite they come out of the gate reminding you of Editors (at their peak, I should add), fuelled by a simple but euphoric guitar line and wandering bass. From there they don’t let up until they’ve left nothing and there’s nothing left but the outro.

A prize to the first person who can identify every piece of film and archive footage in the video. (Competition not open to band members, obviously…)
